Scope
The website presents IT services and offers a contact form. The workspace provides invited clients with assigned projects, stages, statuses, messages and private documents. There is no public registration, online checkout, subscription purchase or payment collection. A contact submission does not conclude a paid services contract. Scope, fees, deliverables and contractual deadlines are agreed separately; these rules do not replace that agreement or mandatory consumer rights.
Access and technical requirements
Use a supported browser, internet connection, enabled JavaScript and essential cookies for the workspace. An administrator sends a single-use invitation; set a password and verify your email. Administrators must complete two-factor authentication; clients may enable it. Keep credentials and recovery codes private. Report suspected account compromise to the contact above. Access is limited to projects assigned to your account.
Messages and files
Upload only PDF, PNG or JPEG files up to 20 MB each, with a total document limit of 500 MB per client. Uploads may be refused when available capacity is exhausted. Check downloaded files before opening them. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials or data you are not entitled to disclose. Content is visible to authorised administrators and assigned project contacts. Replying to notification emails does not add messages to the workspace; post project messages in the panel. Project statuses and dates are collaboration information subject to the separate service agreement.
Suspension and closing access
The administrator can change project assignments, archive projects or disable accounts when cooperation ends or access creates a security risk. Archived projects remain readable to authorised users, while client contributions are disabled. To end access or request a copy of your data, contact us. Account closure and project archiving do not automatically erase project records; the privacy policy explains data requests.
Problems, complaints and changes
Send problems or complaints to the contact above with a description and relevant project or request reference. Do not send passwords. We review complaints and respond through that contact channel. Service commitments, including any response times, follow the separate agreement and applicable law. We will inform affected account holders of material changes to these rules before they apply. The version date identifies this text. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
